Aikishintaiso is a discipline based on traditional Japanese concepts of harmony Ai , energy Ki, spirit Shin, body movement Taiso
This is rooted in martial arts Zen, the practice of asceticism within the mountain of the
Yamabushi and the ancient tradition of body reading by Buddhist physiognomists.
Aikishintaiso allows one to harmonize one's own spirit, one's emotions, one's body and one's own psychic consciousness by freeing the energy flows within the being and with them the circulation of personal and collective memories as well as the circulation of knowledge coming from ancestral consciousnesses and undifferentiated collective consciousness.
To achieve this harmony we work to free the psyche from the obstacles created by suffering whatever its nature, trauma or distress.
We work to free the body from those tensions that express the psychic unconscious and those linked to physical trauma or psychological damage.
What cannot be thought cannot be said, the body mimics it, fixing it in a position that we can analyze. The analysis makes it possible to propose a personal work leading to the abandonment of useless tensions for stability and psychomotor action without disturbing the psychic balance. This is important because when the unconscious mime is not enough to say the conscious or unconscious sufferings, these are expressed by the pathology or the accident.
Aikishitaiso is not a therapy. Nor does it intervene directly in the field of pathology, but it allows an inner battle to be fought to prevent it.
Aikishintaiso is an inner martial art. The Pracaticant battles violence itself, that which could be directed towards others involuntarily, that which we often direct against ourselves.
This path is aimed at all those adults who want to undertake inner work to get to know themselves better, to understand the obligations of loyalty they are subject to, who want to access the hidden part of themselves. This allows you to test and dispose of your own thinking, your own emotions, your own body
The inherent benefits are the feeling of "having energy", the increased desire to undertake, a better understanding of others
The long-term benefits are health, control over one's own destiny, harmony with others, increased physical and intellectual abilities, the development of an ethical conscience
If you aspire to a playful or sporting practice, Aikishintaisón is not for you. IF you want to "control or tame your body" even less so
We expect serious work from our students, respect for others and themselves, humility in their research, understanding of all differences
If you've followed me this far, you're probably ready for the adventure inside
